THIS WEEK:

• "A Haunting Halloween" is now being performed at the Jackson Hole Playhouse. Step into the eerie embrace of history as you journey through the oldest building in town, where the veil between the living and the dead grows thin. As you wander through the dimly lit corridors, be enchanted by the strains of your favorite spooky songs, sung by ethereal voices that seem to drift from the very walls themselves. When the time is right, join the macabre festivities with flash mob dances that will send shivers down your spine. For tickets, click here.

• The National Museum of Wildlife Art's "Birds in Art 50" is being displayed daily through April 2027 in the museum's King Gallery and Artists’ Theater. This annual exhibition features 60 works, including new pieces by contemporary artists as well as highlights from previous years. This milestone exhibition recognizes the profound impact birds in art have had on wildlife art over the past five decades.

• On Thursday, head over to Trailborn Jackson Hole at the base of Snow King Mountain for "Talons at Trailborn." Presented from 4 to 5 p.m. by the Teton Raptor Center, you will explore all things raptors, meet a couple of avian ambassadors and learn about raptor conservation and how you can help birds even if you’re visiting Jackson. This event is free; no reservations required.

THIS WEEKEND:

• "Cowgirls at The Cowboy," the nation’s only all-female country music festival, returns to Jackson Hole and the stage of the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the fifth consecutive year. Each night features different female country music artists (McKenzie Carpenter, Jenny Tolman, Lily Meola, and Jessi Alexander), with Emmylou Harris performing on Saturday*. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., with the show beginning at 8 p.m. This show will be fully seated and is a listening event. * Tickets are sold out for Emmy Lou Harris.

MUSIC MOMENTS:

• Tasha & the Goodfellows will be performing Thursday night at the Silver Dollar Bar in the Wort Hotel from 7:30 to 11 p.m.; no cover fee

• The Melvin Dojo on Town Square, located below Roadhouse Pub & Eatery, has "Friday Night DJ" evenings between 8 and 11 p.m.

• The "famous" Stagecoach Band has been playing every Sunday at the Stagecoach Bar for 55 years. From 6 to 10 p.m., come enjoy "Church," as locals call it, for some good old-fashioned country swing dancing.
