General Notes: Yesterdays heat has caused things to break loose a little. Today is cool however so it is keeping runoff in check. Levels should remain stable or rise slightly as it looks like unstable weather will continue. THE BLACK CANYON OF THE BEAR RIVER IN IDAHO NEAR SODA SPRINGS MAY RUN BEGINNING THIS WEEKEND! Work on the dam will begin this weekend and if the weater cooperates we should have decent flows in the Bear. 1,000 CFS or more is what you want.
