“We rented a 3-bedroom condo for our family of 9 … the condo was gorgeous. We loved the location of the resort, 5-minute drive to town, and all the on-site activities. It couldn't have been more perfect.” - TripAdvisor review

Haydens Post: Mountainside Dining At Its Finest
Having one of Jackson Hole’s finest restaurants located within Snow King Resort is a most fortunate addition for guests of the hotel and condos—and Haydens Post will not disappoint for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not only is the food top-notch, but the expansive deck offers wonderful mountain views and the Western accents of the dining room—including wood-burning fireplaces— befit a choice Wyoming restaurant.
One of Haydens Post’s calling cards is that the chef uses locally- and regionally-sourced ingredients whenever possible to produce seasonal menus, making the distinctive eatery a favorite for both locals and visitors. From produce grown right here in Jackson Hole to beef from Gillette, Wyoming’s Durham Ranch, you will find the menu both unique and varied.
For lunch, we recommend the famous and delicious Post Burger and fries or the equally famous nachos. The buffalo chili is a must for diners who like to “when in Rome” consume. The dinner menu will also let you know you’re in Wyoming now; try an elk tostada as an appetizer. The watermelon Caprese salad is a favorite! The menu also features an impressive Buffalo New York Strip Steak among other can’t-go-wrong items.
During the summer months, Haydens hosts a happy hour daily and on Friday nights you can enjoy live music from a local D.J. from 8 to 11 p.m. There is also a private dining area where you can co-create a special menu with the Executive Chef.
